Rector Meets with Osh State University Students and Faculty in China
On May 12, Osh State University Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov held a meeting with university students currently studying in Urumqi, China, as well as faculty members undergoing professional development there.
During the gathering, the rector shared recent updates and outlined future plans for the university. He encouraged students to make the most of their time abroad by focusing on their studies, gaining in-depth knowledge, and returning as highly qualified professionals.
Kozhobekov praised the excellent conditions provided in Urumqi and highlighted the value of such international academic opportunities in motivating young people. He also emphasized that the collaboration between China and Osh State University will expand beyond education to include industrial partnerships, stressing the growing demand for Chinese-speaking specialists in the coming years.
