Rector of Bashkir State Pedagogical University Delivers Guest Lecture at OshSU
During his official visit to Osh State University on May 23, the rector of Bashkir State Pedagogical University, Salavat Sagitov, delivered a guest lecture to faculty members and students. The lecture was titled "Theory and Practice of Social Governance."
Sagitov provided an in-depth overview of the functioning mechanisms of public institutions, various management models used in state policy implementation, and strategies for engaging with civil society. He also discussed key concepts, theoretical approaches, and practical aspects of social governance, emphasizing their importance in managing contemporary social processes.
Additionally, Salavat Sagitov held a meeting with Osh State University’s rector, Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov. The two leaders discussed and exchanged ideas on expanding cooperation between their universities.
