A round table titled “People’s Revolutions in Kyrgyzstan: March 24 and April 7 – History and Lessons” was organized at the Industrial Pedagogical College.
During the event, students were shown video chronicles about the March Revolution of 2005 and the April Revolution of 2010, and presentations were delivered.
During the discussion, the causes, stages of development, and socio-political significance of these revolutions were examined in detail. Participants paid special attention to the lessons learned from historical events and exchanged views on civic responsibility, adherence to the rule of law, and the importance of peace in society.
The round table was held in an active dialogue format, allowing students to freely express their opinions. They also received answers to their questions of interest.
The event was aimed at increasing young people's historical awareness and fostering a sense of patriotism. It was conducted by lecturers of the social sciences and pre-military training cycle — Sanjar Isakulov, Murat Jumayev, and Aigerim Abdalimova.
