KPI Performance Review Begins at the Institute of Pedagogy, Arts and Journalism
The Institute of Pedagogy, Arts and Journalism at Osh State University has launched the review and evaluation of KPI performance indicators for department heads and academic staff.
The process includes the assessment of teaching, methodological, and research activities carried out during the academic year.
The review aims to improve educational quality, strengthen accountability, and enhance the effectiveness of academic and scientific work.
