President Signs Decree on Interregional Student Mobility
President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov signed a decree aimed at promoting interregional student mobility across the country.
The decree seeks to ensure equal access to quality education, strengthen human resources, and support balanced regional development. It provides for scholarships, transportation support, and the phased construction of student dormitories with a capacity of at least 9,000 students, along with the necessary educational and social infrastructure.
