Article on Gulsara Turdubaeva Published in Vector of Power
In the third issue of “Vector of Power” magazine, an article was published about the life journey, scientific and pedagogical activities, and public views of Gulsara Turdubaeva, Head of the Human Resources Department of Osh State University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, and Associate Professor.
