On December 12, in honor of the National Literature Day, a literary event titled “Educators – a Sacred Symbol in Aitmatov’s Universe” was held at the Industrial Pedagogical College.
The literary evening was dedicated to reflections on the role of teachers and educators in society, human conscience, historical memory, and spiritual values through the works of the great writer Chingiz Aitmatov. The main goal of the event was to educate young people in the spirit of humanism, morality, knowledge, and patriotism.
The program included an analysis of enlightening images in Aitmatov’s works such as “The First Teacher,” “The Milky Way,” “The White Ship,” and “Early Cranes,” as well as artistic readings, stage performances, and presentations.
Participants noted that Aitmatov’s works have not lost their relevance today and continue to inspire young people toward reflection, humanism, and the preservation of spiritual values. The event was initiated by the college’s Philological Disciplines Cycle Commission.
