On the Current Situation and Prospects
On January 16, a meeting of district, city, and university trade union organizations of the Osh region was held at Osh State University.
The meeting reviewed the results of the monitoring conducted by the Central Committee of the Trade Union regarding document management and financial issues for 2025, and proposals were made to address the identified shortcomings. In addition, work plans, lists of documentation, bilateral and tripartite agreements, as well as budgets for 2026 were discussed and approved.
The meeting was attended by heads of trade union organizations, accountants, and labor safety specialists. They exchanged views on issues related to document management in accordance with legislative requirements, ensuring financial transparency, and strengthening social partnership.
According to Absamat Sattarov, Chairman of the Trade Union of Osh State University, a number of decisions aimed at increasing the effectiveness of trade unions in 2026 were adopted as a result of the meeting.
