Meeting with Employers Held at the Faculty of Theology
On January 22, a meeting with employers and partners was held at the Faculty of Theology of Osh State University.
The meeting was opened by the Dean of the Faculty, Niyazali Aripov, who provided information on the specifics of the theology program and the position of graduates in the labor market. The content of the curriculum, students’ professional training, and the development of cooperation with employers were also discussed.
Employers made a number of suggestions regarding bringing the educational process closer to practical experience, deepening classical religious knowledge, expanding the study of legal and regulatory acts, involving practicing specialists in classes, and preparing students according to their professional orientation.
The main goal of the event was to improve the educational program and to expand the employment opportunities of graduates.
