Document submission for postgraduate studies at Osh State University is open from July 10 to September 26, 2024.

Specialized postgraduate programs can be found on the Osh State University website at this link: https://www.oshsu.kg/ru/page/292.

Required documents include:

An application addressed to the university rector;
An autobiography;
Copies of higher education diplomas, master’s degree, and residency completion certificates, notarized (for international applicants, certificates of equivalence for their education level);
Consent from the supervisor and their information (signature and seal verifying authenticity);
Copies of published works and an abstract on a selected topic with feedback from an expert in the field;
Four 3x4 photos;
A personal certificate approved by the HR department;
A copy of the department meeting minutes recommending graduate school;
A copy of the work book certified by the HR department;
Information from the place of employment;
A copy of the passport (for international applicants, a passport with a certified translation);
Recommendations from the academic council;
Protocol on passing candidate exams and certificates for state and English languages (if available).
