During the ceremony, it was noted that OshSU ranked 260th among 984 top universities in Asia and 13th among 65 institutions in Central Asia in the QS World University Rankings. Rector Kozhobekov emphasized that this marks the best result in the university’s history and encouraged collaborative efforts to secure a position in the global rankings.

Thirty-four authors of 21 high-impact articles published in top-tier journals (Q1, Q2, Q3) were rewarded with prizes ranging from 15,000 to 50,000 soms. Additionally, six individuals who successfully defended their doctoral dissertations received 100,000 soms each, while 26 candidates of science were awarded 50,000 soms each for their achievements.
