The initial stage of the competition for professorial positions at Osh State University concluded on January 8. Out of 195 participants, 109 candidates successfully advanced.
During this first phase, candidates underwent a subject-specific test. A total of 109 candidates scored above 70 points, while 73 scored below this threshold.
The second stage of the competition is scheduled for January 10. In this phase, candidates will be tested on pedagogy and psychology. Additionally, their teaching abilities will be assessed. Candidates who meet the established teaching criteria will be offered positions.
Since its inception in 2019, the competition for Osh State University’s personnel reserve has seen 90% of its successful candidates secure employment.
