G-Tech, Osh State University Startup, Wins “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award
G-Tech, a startup founded by students from Osh State University, was honored with the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award at the end of 2024. The accolade was presented during an event organized by the Accelerate Prosperity incubation platform.
Expressing their aspirations, G-Tech team members emphasized that this achievement marks the beginning of their journey. They revealed plans to expand their ventures internationally with upcoming projects.
Accelerate Prosperity annually recognizes outstanding contributions to entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem. This year, G-Tech’s remarkable work and achievements were celebrated, serving as an inspiring model for young entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan.
The Osh State University Business Park, an incubator for fostering innovative business ideas among students and young educators, played a pivotal role in G-Tech’s success. The startup’s accomplishments further validate the effectiveness of this platform.
Founded by students from the Higher School of International Educational Programs at Osh State University, G-Tech has stood out for its innovative ideas and unique entrepreneurial approach. The company has secured state grants and international awards through the “Student Startup” program and contributed to the automation of the Irkeshtam customs checkpoint. Originating from the Business Park, G-Tech is now recognized as a leading example in the fields of business and technology in the country.
