On January 13, the first stage of the competition for vacant positions and inclusion in the internal personnel reserve of Osh State University was held.

At this stage, 94 candidates took the subject-based test, assessing their professional knowledge and subject expertise. The testing was conducted to strengthen the university’s personnel reserve, identify promising future faculty members, and enhance the quality of education.

As a result, 45 candidates who scored more than 70 points advanced to the second stage of the competition. Thirty-eight candidates scored below 70 points, while 11 candidates did not appear for the test at the scheduled time.

The second stage of the competition, focusing on pedagogy and psychology, will take place on January 16.
