Results of the Second Stage of the Talent Pool Competition Summarized
Osh State University held the second stage of its internal selection process for candidates to the academic teaching staff.
Sixty-eight candidates took part in the pedagogical and psychological testing held on January 17.
Based on the results, 49 candidates scored more than 70 points, while 18 did not pass the required threshold.
The 49 successful candidates will now be evaluated in terms of their teaching skills. Those who meet the criteria may subsequently be hired by the university.
The selection of candidates for the academic teaching staff at Osh State University has been carried out regularly since 2019. At present, 90% of those who successfully passed the selection are employed.
