Lecture on the “National Spirit – Global Heights” Doctrine
A lecture on the “National Spirit – Global Heights” ideological doctrine was held at Osh State University on February 6–9.
The event was led by Kubanychbek Isakov, Head of the Philosophy Department, who highlighted the doctrine’s role in preserving national values and developing public consciousness.
He also briefly introduced his 2025 books on ideology and moral-ethical issues in modern Kyrgyzstan.
