OshSU Honors Its Veterans
An event was held to mark Older Persons’ Day, bringing together more than 500 former and current employees of the university.
The veterans were honored and hosted at a reception. They received warm wishes and monetary awards from the OshSU Trade Union. Their contributions to the establishment and development of the university were also recognized.
OshSU Rector Kudayberdi Kozhobekov emphasized the special role of the veterans in the university’s history.
“The veterans who contributed to the establishment and development of the university through many years of dedicated work hold a special place in our community. Their life paths, valuable experience and traditions of hard work are an important example for future generations,” the Rector said.
