The 32nd Spartakiad for the faculty of Osh State University is in full swing, with teams competing in various sports across two age categories: under 40 and over 40. The results for several events have been released, and the winners have been determined.
In men’s table tennis (under 40), the STEM Innovation College claimed first place, followed by the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty in second place, and the Yiman Gymnasium in third. In men’s table tennis (40 and older), the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technology took first place, with the Institute of Economics, Business and Management securing second, and the Institute of History and Law placing third.
In men’s toguz korgool, the Medical College achieved first place, the Institute of History and Law came in second, and the Innovative STEM College finished third.
In women’s toguz korgool, the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technology secured first place, followed by the Medical College in second, and the Industrial and Pedagogical College in third.
In the overall team standings, the Institute of Economics, Business, and Management leads with first place. The Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technology holds second place, while the Innovative STEM College takes third.
The Spartakiad continues with competitions in other events still underway. The winners, determined by the rector’s office and professional association, will be awarded cups, medals, and cash prizes.
