From March 16-21, the “Navruz World Youth Festival” took place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, focusing on youth entrepreneurship in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan, as well as environmental challenges in the region.

A delegation of 24 representatives from Kyrgyzstan participated in the event, including Bekzhan Metinaly uulu, head of the Student Ombudsman Office at Osh State University.

The festival served as a platform for fostering a new stage of cooperation between nations. We took part in a panel discussion titled ‘Global Dialogue: Best Practices in Working with Youth.’ Additionally, we attended the ‘Cooperation for Sustainable Development’ forum in Khujand, where youth from Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan explored ways to strengthen interregional collaboration, build friendships and business connections, and initiate joint cultural projects. Throughout the festival, we engaged with young leaders from different countries and formed valuable new connections,” shared Bekzhan Metinaly uulu.

The event brought together young participants from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Belarus, China, and many other nations.
