Kyrgyz Language Proficiency of Civil Servants Highlighted at National Seminar
The proficiency of civil servants in the Kyrgyz language was a key topic of discussion at a national scientific and methodological seminar hosted by the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication at Osh State University. It was emphasized that every civil servant should possess an adequate command of the Kyrgyz language.
