OshSU Student Earns Silver at International Wrestling Tournament in Turkey
Oskonbay Abdisamatov, a 5th-year student at Osh State University’s Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technologies, secured a silver medal in the 65 kg weight class at the “Champions Cup 2025” international freestyle wrestling tournament.
The event took place in Antalya, Turkey, from May 6 to 8. The Kyrgyz national youth wrestling team achieved a total of 17 medals, including 3 gold, 5 silver, and 9 bronze.
