A New Milestone in Collaboration with Nanjing Institute of Technology
On May 16, Osh State University and China’s Nanjing Institute of Technology officially inaugurated the Joint Zhenghe Institute. The opening ceremony was attended by a delegation from China headed by Vice-Rector Zhu Sunqing, along with senior representatives from Osh State University, including Vice-Rector for External Relations Kursantbek Attokurov and Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation and Electronic Education Ularbek Moldoyarov, as well as other university officials.
The newly established institute, based at the Institute of Mathematics and Information Technology, is expected to evolve into a key hub for education, scientific research, and international academic exchange in the field of modern technologies.
During the meeting, both parties also reached an agreement to launch a dual-degree program in “Big Data Analysis.” This initiative will enable students to earn diplomas from both Kyrgyzstan and China, significantly enhancing their global competitiveness as IT professionals.
Additionally, the institute plans to introduce a new program in “Artificial Intelligence” in the near future. Training in this field will be delivered through innovative, technology-driven methods that meet international standards for professional education.
