On May 16, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Osh State University and the city of Kara-Suu in the areas of education, scientific research, youth initiatives, and social development.
The document outlines efforts to improve the quality of life in Kara-Suu, strengthen the region's human resource potential, and support youth entrepreneurship. The event was attended by the Director of the Business Park at Osh State University, Erlan Kamalov.
The cooperation will focus on the following areas:
- Joint support for educational, scientific, cultural, and social projects;
- Organization of internships, practical training, and volunteer programs for students;
- Development of youth initiatives and entrepreneurship;
- Joint organization of forums, seminars, and conferences;
- Implementation of training programs to improve the qualifications of municipal employees;
- Support for the student-led social innovation projects implemented by OshSU’s Enactus team: EcoTruby, which produces pipes for drip irrigation, sewage, ventilation, and construction by recycling plastic waste; GFace, a technology for operating computers designed for people with disabilities.
Joint activities in these areas will begin in the near future.
