On May 20, the Institute of Natural Sciences, Physical Education, Tourism, and Agrarian Technologies hosted a festive evening in honor of several significant milestones: the 25th anniversary of the chemical, environmental, and forensic examination program, the 101st anniversary of the forensic service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the professional holiday of chemists.

The event brought together program alumni who are now actively employed in the field, school subject teachers, and current students.

The celebration consisted of two parts. The first part featured presentations highlighting the 25-year journey of the chemical, environmental, and forensic examination specialty. Students participated in competitions, and graduates shared insights and experiences from their professional lives. The second part included a concert program dedicated to the chemists’ holiday and the centennial-plus-one anniversary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' forensic service.

The chemical, environmental, and forensic examination program at Osh State University was established in 2000. Since then, its graduates have gone on to work successfully across the country.

The event was organized by the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the Institute.
