
Chingiz Aidarbekov, a member of the Jogorku Kenesh and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, delivered a guest lecture to students of the Higher School of International Educational Programs at Osh State University, specializing in "International Relations and Digital Diplomacy."
The lecture, titled "Modern Diplomacy: The Shift from Traditional to Digital Diplomacy (Using Kyrgyzstan as a Case Study)," focused on Aidarbekov's professional experiences and insights into the evolving landscape of international relations and the growing role of digital diplomacy. He shared practical knowledge, highlighted key trends, and engaged in an open Q&A session with students.
Aidarbekov, a career diplomat and civil servant of the 3rd class, previously served as Kyrgyzstan’s ambassador to Turkmenistan and Japan. He is currently serving in the Jogorku Kenesh as a representative of the "Alliance" party in its seventh convocation.
