Students had the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of launching a business from seasoned entrepreneurs during a practical lecture delivered by Thomas Lauviner, a business expert from Switzerland and director of "BPN Kyrgyzstan" (Business Professionals Network).

Joining him at the lecture were Erlan Nasiev, head of the Osh branch of the organization, manager Bekizhan Abdulzhanov, Maftuna Kadyrova, founder of the "InnoKids" educational center, and Azamat Almazbekov, founder of the "Iwex" company. They shared their entrepreneurial journeys and insights with the students.

The event took place on May 20 at Osh State University’s business park and was part of the "Young Minds" forum, aimed at sparking student interest in entrepreneurship and motivating them to launch their own ventures.

Previously, Osh State University signed a cooperation agreement with the Swiss "BPN Business Academy" to promote entrepreneurship education. The agreement includes provisions for student training, practical experience, and expanded career prospects through internships, mentorship, and business workshops. The academy contributes to the university’s efforts by sharing its global expertise and network of business contacts.
