Osh State University Instructors Win International Award for Tourism Project
Nurgul Sultanalieva and Ulzana Islamova, faculty members of the Institute of Economics, Business, and Management at Osh State University, secured third place in an international competition “Tourism Code of My Country, City, Village, District – PRO Tourism.”
Their project, titled “Osh – the Main Tourism Provider of the Great Silk Road,” focuses on excursion tourism. The winning initiatives will be proposed for implementation to local self-government bodies and travel companies.
The competition took place in Moscow, Russia, from March 18 to 20, attracting around 900 participants from Serbia, Uzbekistan, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
