The head coach of the Kyrgyz national futsal team visited Osh State University
The head coach of the Kyrgyz national futsal team, Luis Bernat Molina, visited Osh State University, where he met with Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov. During their meeting, Kozhobekov provided an in-depth overview of the university’s initiatives to promote university sports, including futsal, and highlighted the university team and the facilities available for the sport.
Coach Molina, in turn, acknowledged Osh State University’s futsal team as a leading force in the national championship and discussed future plans for futsal development, collaboration with the university, and the possibility of recruiting university players for the national team.
Under Molina’s guidance, the Kyrgyz national futsal team has achieved significant success, ranking 6th in the Asian Cup. He holds a 3rd-degree coaching license in futsal (RFEF).
Currently, Osh State University’s futsal team is at the top of the national Super League standings. The university has two futsal teams: one competing in the Super League and the other in the First League.
