OshSU Representatives Participate in National Forum on Employment and Skills Development
Representatives of Osh State University took part in the Second National Forum “Employment, Professional Skills and the Future of Work” held in Bishkek on May 19–22.
The university delegation included Business Park Director Erlan Kamalov and staff members of the Career and Practice Center. Participants discussed labor market challenges, digitalization, professional skills development, and youth employment. OshSU representatives attended workshops on vocational guidance, qualification systems, and career support. Erlan Kamalov delivered a presentation on the vocational training voucher system and monitoring mechanisms. The forum was organized by the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration with the support of the Swiss government.
