Dear young people! Dear students!
I sincerely congratulate you on the International Students' Day!
Young people are the main driving force of youth energy, renewal, and path to development.
Our university students join the ranks of students who are active, creative, initiative-taking, enthusiastic, and passionate about science and education.
You have succeeded in the fields of science, education, athletics, and culture, and you have significantly enhanced the reputation of our university.
As the university's rector, I pledge my support for youth today and place my faith in you. We assist students in the development of their talents in addition to educating them.
We are now setting up conditions that allow students to engage in production, work on creative projects, create business concepts, and earn revenue throughout their time as students in addition to studying and gaining theoretical knowledge because you are the face of our university. You will serve as the primary gauge for the university. As a result, we anticipate new suggestions from you and will keep supporting creative ventures.
According to the president's directives, a sizable center of inventors known as "Youth Business Park" was established. I think that this center will serve as a practical starting point for the execution of students' ideas and projects.
The "University-OshSU" professional girls’ volleyball club won both the President's Cup for volleyball in the Kyrgyz Republic and the VIII open women's interclub championship held by the Volleyball Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
"University-OshSU" volleyball professional boys' club of OshSU was the vice-champion in the interclub competition in the top volleyball league of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Every year, only in our university, the best 10 students have the opportunity to receive a "National Scholarship" of 100 US dollars per month, 1200 US dollars in one year.
We have fully incorporated the credit technology of teaching into the university's educational process this academic year. In other words, the student has complete freedom to select the discipline, lecturer, and credit hours that he or she wants to pursue. Additionally, the student is free to pay for the credit hours of his choice and complete the required coursework in accordance with his abilities. These actions will intensify competition, have a direct impact on educational quality, and guarantee academic freedom and integrity.
Dear student friends! We must always be ready to compete in a rapidly changing and evolving world. I congratulate you all on the International Day of Students. I wish each of you a clear mind, a sense of patriotism, a prosperous life, and good health.
Sincerely,
Rector of Osh State University, Professor Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov
