On December 6-7, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with partners, discuss the development of the education sector.
Head of the Department of Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Analysis of the Ministry of Education and Science Yevgenia Boyko, in the report on the implementation of the Action Plan in the field of school education, said that the tasks set for the ministry were completed.
Further, in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goal, indicator 4.1., "By 2030, ensure that all girls and boys complete free, equitable and quality primary and secondary education", after discussion with civil society, a phased transition to compulsory secondary general education is planned.
Now the quality of graduate training includes "green" and soft (soft skills) skills, social-emotional development, self-knowledge and problem solving. She noted that the 12-year school education will strengthen the continuity of education levels through the introduction of specialized education in the senior classes. In addition, the structure of education will include integrated courses, the development of 4K skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, creativity, and communication.
To determine the effectiveness of the work performed an internal assessment of the quality of education and international, including PISA, are provided.
