Osh State University is hosting an international conference on “The Constitution and development issues of legal science” in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Kyrgyz Republic’s Constitution.
The international conference is being attended by representatives of Jogorku Kenesh, Osh City Hall, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, well-known scientists from Poland, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyz higher education institutions, as well as professors and students from Osh State University.
The adviser to the President, head of the Department of international and constitutional law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University’s Faculty of Law, professor Bekbosun Borubashev, a scientist from Kazakhstan, adviser to the rector of the Eurasian Academy of Law named after D. A. Kunaev, professor Erkin Duysenov, Honored Lawyer of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the Legal and Political Research Center of the National Institute of Strategic Studies under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor Avtandil Arabayev, a scientist from Russia, professor of St. Petersburg State University, Nadezhda Nizhnik, scientist from Turkey, professor of Yildiz Technical University Ali Çaksu made their scientific reports at the plenary session.
In the second part of the day, guests are going to make presentations in 3 sections.
“The said event is for the purpose of implementing the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 8, 2023, “On preparation for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic” and the Resolution No. 112 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 3, 2023, on preparation and holding of ceremonial events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of its adoption. We have already organized several scientific conferences, round tables, lectures, and cultural evenings at the Faculty”, said Gulsara Kuldysheva, Dean of the Faculty of Law.
