Kanybek Imanaliev observed the sewing workshop’s operation at the educational-industrial complex of Osh State University and became familiar with the OshSU brand store, which features manufactured goods and student-created artwork.
He offered to order ethnic-style shoppers made in the educational-industrial complex for upcoming ministry events after evaluating the quality of the goods produced there.
OshSU’s “Educational-Industrial Complex” was officially opened on November 3, 2022. The Industrial and Pedagogical College of Osh State University inaugurated the educational-industrial complex in 2018 as part of the “Sector Development Program: Skills for Inclusive Growth” project run by the Ministry of Education and Science with assistance from the Asian Development Bank.
The project’s goal is to make professional technical education and training more effective.
