Teacher and Mentor Sadyk Ismailov Celebrated His 70th Birthday

The event, which took place on 29 October, was attended by the management of Osh State University, faculty members, colleagues, alumni and students.

During the solemn meeting, guests and participants watched a video presentation entitled “Life and Career” dedicated to the honouree. They noted Sadyk Ismailov’s many years of tireless work and his significant contribution to teaching foreign languages to the younger generation.

Warm words and congratulations were expressed by Ala-Too University professors Makhabat Alishova and Alymzhan Zakirov, as well as by Kylychbek Erkinbekov, Director of the Bishkek Innovation College, who had travelled from Bishkek to attend the celebration.

The professional association of Osh State University presented him with a cash award and a travel voucher. The anniversary celebration concluded with a concert program.

Sadyk Ismailov was born on October 30, 1955, in the village of Ozgur, Kara-Suu District, Osh Region. He received his secondary education at Zhash-Tilek Secondary School and has dedicated his life to education since 1981. He currently works at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication at Osh State University.
