Students from the Institute of Natural Sciences, Physical Education, Tourism, and Agricultural Technologies at Osh State University successfully completed an industrial-recreational and geographical internship in Kokand, Uzbekistan.
As part of the program, the students explored the historic center of Kokand, gaining insights into the city’s rich history, unique architecture, and cultural heritage. They also visited the Faculty of Tourism at Kokand University and participated in a lecture conducted by Senior Lecturer Omonjon Umarov.
During the visit, Zhanarbek Sultanov, Senior Inspector of the Internship and Career Center at Osh State University, delivered a guest lecture for Kokand University students. He spoke about tourism development in Kyrgyzstan, highlighting its potential, opportunities, and favorable conditions for growth.
The internship provided valuable opportunities for students to connect theoretical learning with real-world practice, broaden their professional outlook, and strengthen academic cooperation between Osh State University and Kokand University.
