On June 24–25, Osh State University hosted a training seminar on research methodology for postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, and researchers as part of the Young Scientists Summer School.
The Summer School was also attended by a delegation from Samarkand State University, including Professor Asatilla Razhabov, associate professors, and 16 doctoral and master's researchers.
The seminar covered a wide range of topics, including the fundamental principles of organizing scientific research, preparation and publication of scientific papers, the requirements for publishing articles in RSCI, Scopus, and Web of Science databases, dissertation writing and defense procedures, the application of statistical methods in research, digitalization of scientific data, and modern approaches to library services for researchers.
“During the training seminar, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, and researchers received essential knowledge on research methodology through innovative teaching technologies,” said Guljamal Anarbaeva, Chief Specialist of the Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies and organizer of the Summer School.
The Young Scientists Summer School is one of Osh State University's annual traditional academic events.
