Participation in an international summer camp
Faculty and students from Osh State University are participating in an international summer camp organized by Kokand University in Uzbekistan. The event will run from August 3rd to 7th.
The delegation includes Professor Venera Sabirova, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication at the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication; Altynay Zhenish kyzy, Chief Specialist of the Department of International Relations; associate professors of the institute Damira Asanova, Seidanahan Alimbaeva, and Vilena Gareeva; senior lecturer Gulsera Ernazarova; lecturer Murkan Aitbaeva; associate professor of the Department of Painting, Drawing, and Art Zuura Turdubayeva; associate professor of the Department of General History and Methods of Teaching History Aida Duishonbaeva; and 40 students (bachelors and masters) from various institutes, faculties, and educational programs at the university.
During the five-day program, participants attend educational seminars, master classes, interactive training sessions, and cultural and sporting events. They also learn about Uzbekistan's historical and cultural heritage and expand their international academic and professional networks.
The summer camp aims to develop academic cooperation between higher education institutions, strengthen intercultural dialogue, exchange experiences between students and faculty, and foster friendships.
