The "Women's Entrepreneurship Development" public fund started a series of trainings at the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy within the scope of the "Kelechek" youth platform. The OshSU Digital Skills Center is hosting a training program titled "Economic Opportunity and Stability of Young People - Digital Person" funded by the European Union for the promotion of democracy and the protection of human rights.
Women and young people who live in rural areas of the Osh region are attending the 2-day course. Participants gain knowledge of digital skills, how to use platforms like Google Maps and 2GIS, as well as social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google My Business, and Whatsapp.
The training was set up in an effort to better educate women and young people living in remote areas about the digital and green economy.
