Benefits are provided to International Medical Department students at Osh State University. As a result, the 5 best students (points will be determined by GPA) will receive scholarships of $200 USD, and 3 low-income students of the International Medical Department will be given 50% tuition contract payment benefits. This was revealed on January 26, at the celebration event of India's Republic Day. Students and department members took part in the solemn ceremony. Roman Kalmatov, the department dean, congratulated the Indian students and wished them success in their studies. The dean mentioned how recently, relations between Kyrgyzstan and India have been developing and reached a strategic level. “Many students from different countries study at Osh State University. We work hard to provide students with a high-quality education and to establish all necessary conditions for the training of highly skilled specialists. It is also anticipated that benefits will be provided by WIC”-, said R.Kalmatov.
