Postgraduate Students Have Trained in Scientific Research Methodology

Postgraduate students of Osh State University took part in a training session on scientific research methodology.

The session was conducted by Gulzhamal Anarbayeva, Chief Specialist of the Postgraduate and Doctoral Department. She provided detailed information about the main tasks and structure of postgraduate studies, as well as the fundamentals of research methodology and criteria for evaluating scientific activity.

During the session, Anarbayeva also introduced participants to the latest regulatory and legal acts in the field of postgraduate education and highlighted the specifics of training scientific personnel. In addition, she gave a presentation on publishing research articles in RINC, Scopus, and Web of Science journals, offering practical advice on how to meet international publication standards.

Participants actively engaged in the discussion and received comprehensive answers to all their questions.

Osh State University was the first higher education institution in Kyrgyzstan to receive a license from the Ministry of Education and Science for 101 postgraduate specialties in 15 fields, with the number now increased to 103 specialties. Currently, more than 250 postgraduate students are conducting scientific research within the framework of their studies at the university.
