Kyrgyzstan’s Livestock Successes Presented in Tashkent

Professor Abdugany Abdurasulov, Head of the Department of Veterinary Science and Biotechnology at the Institute of Natural Sciences, Physical Culture, Tourism, and Agricultural Technologies of Osh State University, took part in several international scientific meetings and academic events in Tashkent.

At the international seminar “Bovine Embryo Transplantation Technology,” held at the Research Institute of Animal Husbandry and Poultry with the support of the Korea COPY Center, Professor Abdurasulov delivered a presentation on the recent achievements of Kyrgyzstan’s livestock sector.

During his visit, he also gave a guest lecture to students of the Tashkent branch of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, and Biotechnology. Additionally, he participated in the celebration of the 95th anniversary of Tashkent State Agrarian University, where he presented a scientific report and discussed prospects for joint research in animal husbandry and beekeeping.

Professor Abdurasulov further visited the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization (TIIAM), a national research university ranked among the world’s top 500. There, he reviewed a draft cooperation agreement with the head of the international department, and the parties discussed expert support for QS rankings as well as opportunities to expand academic collaboration.
