On November 25, at the Institute of History and Law hosted a roundtable discussion titled “No Justification for Violence!” as part of the international 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
The event brought together students, faculty, and invited experts who work in the fields of gender equality, prevention of violence, and legal protection. Participants presented research papers, watched educational videos, and took part in interactive activities designed to highlight common gender stereotypes. A themed quiz and a student flash mob with anti-violence messages further emphasized the importance of the campaign.
Invited specialists shared insights from their professional experience in combating and preventing gender-based violence and responded to questions from students and academic staff.
The roundtable aimed to raise awareness among young people about the unacceptability of any form of violence and the dangers of attempting to justify it. The initiative was organized by the faculty of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure.
