A scientific and practical seminar took place on November 27, in the main building of our university.
During the training session, participants received detailed information about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and 169 associated targets set before the international community for the next 15 years. These goals include eliminating inequality and poverty, achieving social inclusion, preventing global climate change, and building a world with sufficient resources to ensure a dignified life for future generations.
The seminar was conducted by Kalyibubu Junushaliyeva and Damira Sharshenova, lecturers from Ishenaly Arabayev Kyrgyz State University in Bishkek.
On September 25, 2015, the 193 member states of the United Nations committed themselves to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. This commitment was formalized in the document “Transforming Our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.”
