Today, October 21, Osh State University hosted a scientific and practical conference titled “Application of Legislation on the State Language in State Institutions.”
The event was attended by teachers and students. Vice-Rector for the State Language and Social Affairs Mastura Sharipova spoke about the importance of the state language in society, its use in official documents, and the work being carried out at the university in this field.
Presentations were delivered on various topics, including “The Current State of the State Language in Human Resources” by Gulsara Turdubaeva, Head of the Human Resources Department; “The Current State of the State Language in the Personnel Service” by Elmira Alisherova, Senior Lecturer at the Interfaculty Workshop of the Kyrgyz Language Department; “Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on the State Language” by Tazagul Aibashova; and “Issues of the State Language in the Field of Jurisprudence” by Maksatbek Zholdoshov.
Participants asked questions and discussed practical issues related to the implementation of state language legislation in institutions. The event concluded with a concert program.
