Document submission for doctoral studies at Osh State University will follow the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic’s order No. 987/1 dated 07/03/2024. The timeline is as follows:

• July 10 - August 25: Interview with the postgraduate and doctoral studies department to discuss the PhD program direction, and verify document availability and compliance.
• August 26 - August 31: Interview with program directors to determine the preliminary dissertation topic and expected scientific supervisors.
• September 1 - September 30: Acceptance of documents for doctoral studies (PhD).
• September 20 - September 30: Preparation of entrance exam programs, exam papers, and examination schedules by the relevant departments.
• October 1 - October 10: Conducting admissions tests.

Required documents for admission:

• Application addressed to the rector of Osh State University.
• Notarized copy of a higher education diploma with the qualification “master” or “specialist”.
• Translation and notarized copy of the relevant diploma, plus a certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic confirming the level and content of educational documents from foreign institutions.
• Passport and military ID (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic).
• Certified copy of the work book by the HR department.
• Personal personnel record sheet confirming work activity (if applicable).
• Four color photographs (3.5x4.5 cm).
