Industrial and Pedagogical College


The history of the college begins in 2012, when the department of special vocational education was opened by the decision of the state inspection for accreditation and licensing of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and orders of the rector of Osh State University No. 358/1.

Since 2016, the admission of students in the specialty of preschool education has been started.

In 2017, according to the order of the rector of Osh State University, a humanitarian-pedagogical college was opened, which was transformed in 2018 into an industrial-pedagogical college.

At present, the head of the college is Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Shaimkulov Olzhobai Akmatovich.

In 2018, the college was included in the program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusive development. Within the framework of this program, a center of excellence was organized on the basis of the pilot college.

Center of Excellence - an educational institution that trains specialists of secondary vocational education that meet socio-economic and market requirements, creates a safe education environment that has great potential and achievement in training. At the center, student learning is organized on a competent basis in a safe educational environment.

One of the priorities of the center is “Increasing the place in society through active collaboration with social partners” and in this regard, in February 2021, the college signed memorandums of cooperation with a number of social partners to train students in the specialties “Designer”, “KMTSHI”, “ POVTAS”, “TOSVT”, “ASOIU”, “PI”.

The goal of the college is to train professional, competent specialists who meet the requirements of the time of globalization and the conditions of a rapidly changing world.

The objectives of the college are the formation of a civic position, a sense of patriotism and diligence, a responsible and creative attitude to study and life.
