Summer School

From July 3 to July 8, 2023, the scientific research department organized the Summer School entitled "Teaching Research Methods" at the boarding house "Rohat" in Issyk-Kul.

The Summer School is organized for Osh State University lecturers who teach (or will teach) courses on scientific research methodologies for master and doctoral programs. Courses will be conducted on the basic theoretical concepts of research methodology; the research process using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods. It consists of the following components: research topic, research design, sampling methods, study proposal, data collecting, and data analysis. 

Faculty will gain new knowledge and abilities in comprehending the research process and performing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methodologies research. The lecturers will develop course programs based on the research methodologies utilized in the course by the completion of the training.
