Faculty of Medicine Lecturers Enhance Pedagogical Expertise

Nineteen instructors from the Medical Faculty’s Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology of Medicines have recently completed a rigorous training program focused on improving their teaching skills. Held online from January 15th to February 2nd, 2024, this intensive course allowed participants to delve into modern teaching techniques, explore the use of electronic resources, and learn how to design learning activities using credit technologies.

In addition to mastering contemporary teaching methods, participants also acquired essential knowledge in pedagogy, psychology, critical thinking, ethical teaching practices, rhetoric, public speaking, interactive computer technologies, and communication programs. Upon successful completion of the program, participants received 132-hour certificates, a testament to their dedication and newfound expertise.

This training initiative, meticulously organized by experts from Kyrgyz National University, not only provides educators with the necessary tools to create dynamic and engaging learning environments but also highlights university’s commitment to continuously improving teaching standards and approaches.
