From March 27th to 29th, an international congress dedicated to innovations and technologies in the development of cardiology and non-communicable diseases of the countries within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the international scientific-practical conference “Mirrakhimov Studies,” took place in Bishkek.
The conference featured presentations on research conducted by young scientists under the age of 35 who have achieved results in the field of cardiology and internal diseases.
Graduate students from Osh State University, Begimai Akbalaeva and Nurlan Raiymbek uulu, participated in the event. Graduate student Begimai Akbalaeva was the first in Kyrgyzstan to present a report on the combination of heart disease and oncology.
Professor Yuri Belenkov, an academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences emphasized the importance of Begimai Akbalaeva's work for future diagnostics of cardiotoxicity. “Her research is not just an innovation; it is a key element of the future in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiotoxicity,” he said.
The international scientific-practical conference “Mirrakhimov Studies” is held annually in memory of the clinician-scientist, academician Mirsaid Mirrakhimov.
