Over 14 Thousand Enrolled in the 1st Round of University Admissions for 2024
In the first round of university admissions, a total of 30,246 applications were registered. Out of these, 11,334 were for budget-funded spots, and 18,912 were for contract-based spots.
Following the first round, 14,271 applicants were enrolled.
The universities with the highest number of applicants are:
- Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn – 2,462
- Osh State University – 2,019
- Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov – 1,799
- Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin – 1,116
- Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev – 945
- Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev – 920
- Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I. Akhunbaev – 614
- International University “Ala-Too” – 582
- Kyrgyz State Agrarian University named after K. Scriabin – 388
- Kyrgyz Economic University named after M. Ryskulbekov – 280
The selection process for the 2024-2025 academic year consists of five rounds and is conducted through the automated information system “Applicant Online” here: https://2020.edu.gov.kg/vuz
